What the service does, what it does not do, and what each of us is responsible for.

Who you are contracting with
SellerControl is operated by FYNVRO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17287290), registered office 318 Barking Road, London, England, E13 8HL. Contact: support@fynvro.com.
The service
SellerControl helps you track eBay orders, supplier costs, profit and deadlines. It is a record-keeping and organising tool. It does not file anything with eBay, HMRC or anyone else on your behalf, and it does not give tax, accounting or legal advice.
Honest numbers, your responsibility
We work hard to show accurate figures, and we flag when a number is estimated or a cost is missing rather than quietly counting it as profit. But the figures depend on the data you send us. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on for tax or accounting, ideally with your accountant.
Your account
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by team members you invite.
Do not use the service to break the law or eBay’s rules. You must have the right to send us the data you forward to us, and you are responsible for handling your buyers’ personal data lawfully.
Plans
Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only by how many orders a month you can process and how many team seats you get. Nothing is locked behind a higher tier.

New accounts start on the Free plan, with no card required. We do not currently offer a time-limited free trial of paid features.
Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as you choose. Annual plans are billed up front.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a prorated basis.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and you are not billed again.
- A failed payment does not immediately cut off your access. Our payment provider retries automatically, and we will contact you if payment cannot be collected.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
Order limits are soft
If you go past your plan’s monthly order allowance, we show you a banner and invite you to upgrade. Your orders never stop being captured and your data is not lost or held back.
Data protection and our processing agreement
For your buyers’ personal data, you are the controller and we are the processor. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the written processing agreement required by UK GDPR. In summary, we agree that:
- we process your buyers’ personal data only to provide the service, and only on your instructions;
- the categories of data, the purposes, the retention periods and the security measures are those set out in the Privacy Policy;
- our sub-processors are listed in the Privacy Policy, and we will tell you before adding a new one;
- we will help you respond to requests from your buyers exercising their rights;
- we will tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data;
- on closure of your account we delete the data, other than what we must keep by law.
If your own circumstances require a separate signed data processing agreement, email support@fynvro.com and we will provide one.
Availability
We aim for reliable service, but we do not promise zero downtime and there is no service level agreement. Features described as “coming soon” are planned, not guaranteed, and timelines can change.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We will update this page when the terms change and note the date at the top. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you.
